Make Your own Spa Treatments

During these hard times when we are all short of cash why not try and make some of your own beauty treatments. Aroma Natural can provide all your Base Products for you, from clay for face masks to shampoo base and essential oils.

If you are a beauty therapist perhaps you can make some of your own products especially for your clients, or enjoy a spa weekend with some friends and try out your own combinations of essential oils and bases.

Combine the essential oil with the Wheatgerm Oil and Sweet Almond Oil and gradually pour this into the Pumice grains, stiring continually until well blended.

Rub in circular movements into your feet massaging gently. Pay particular attention to any hard skin areas. Place your feet into a bowl of warm water and relax.
